We’ll do our best to get your DOORBRELLA order off to you as soon as possible. We don’t ship on weekends or public holidays, so any orders placed on these days will be sent out the next available business day. We use Fastway and AusPost for Australian shipping and their standard delivery times apply based on your location with dispatch from Sydney. If you require an urgent order, please contact our team and we will quote you an express shipping cost.
If you’re located within Australia, postage and handling is charged at $5.01 per item ordered.
If you’re in some other exciting place in the world (all orders outside of Australia), all international orders are sent via DHL. The cost is dependent on your country of location and number of products purchased and will be calculated at check-out. The delivery time is approximately 2-7 days, depending on location.

Please note that all DOORBRELLA’s have a 12 month warranty period from date of purchase.
