• The suction pad won't stick properly. What can I do?

  We want to make sure that you are getting the best out of your DOORBRELLA. If you are having difficulty in attaching your DOORBRELLA to your car window, please follow these easy steps. If you’re still experiencing difficulties, please contact us at info@doorbrella.com.au with your location and details.

  1. As with any suction product, please ensure that the surface is thoroughly cleaned either using a high quality glass cleaner or isopropyl alcohol. (If you have touched the suction pad, please give this a quick clean also).
  2. Wind down your car window and affix the clip to the top of the window. Close your window. Please note; you can adjust the angle of the clip to best suit your car and window. For larger windows, it is best to stretch the clip out so that it is straight to the window.
  3. Lightly moisten the back of the suction pad. You only need to moisten the edges (not the entire pad). If you over-moisten, the suction pad will move.
  4. Once moistened, align the pad so that it is at a right-angle with your car window (i.e. ‘square-on’ to the car window). Press the pad onto the window and then snap the clip into place.
  5. The DoorBrella should now be securely attached to your window.
  6. As with any high quality product, if you are not entirely satisfied with your DOORBRELLA, please contact our friendly team to discuss.

• Can I use any umbrella with my DOORBRELLA?

  The DOORBRELLA has been designed to only be used with straight handle umbrellas. The best fit for sliding the umbrella in and out easily, is an umbrella with a handle diameter between 25mm and 35mm at the widest point. We have found that 95% of straight handle umbrellas are compatible with the DOORBRELLA Car Window attachment.

• Is the DOORBRELLA an Australian product?
